An Imperfect proximity!

All accepted now that I hate you,

It’s just I like the persona in you.

Not so long, I fainted on your individuality,

How fool I was? Could not recognise the proximity!

Quite obviously! Your presence made me lover,

and see what now? Your absence made me a thinker!

In that context, you are a winner again,

Don’t ask about me? I am no more in the game!

Tigers run behind me!

I was passing through London Bridge in a dark chilled late night! After a heavy dinner I wanted to walk a little. Its true lot many thoughts capture your mind when you walk alone. May be about your life, work or love. We live in a routine of praying god giving us a beautiful day each morning and sleep without thanking him.

I always keep drafts in my cell so that if, luck by chance I meet god, share him everything I wanted to! In my own thought world, I just lost my way. It was 3 AM and I could hardly see anything. Strange but true that I realised I entered in an mysterious and never relieved jungle of London. I looked back if I can return, stretched my eyes like an owl, if I am dreaming wild.

I went further. Trees were bigger and darker than Dracula! Few screams of fox made my blood white. I felt someone was watching me or behind me! Yope...It was a tiger slowly approaching me like a cat follow a mice. My heart was in my hand trust me! I tried finding a way and walking as quiet as possible but in vain. Gosh! How stupid I was when I studied that wild animals attack alone. I could see a gang of tigers waiting for a feast like me. There was a killing instinct in their eyes and freaky silence in their walk!

What I can see is a number written on each tiger! 1322, 1145 & oh; 1411...! Yeah 1411!

A tiger amongst them rushed on me and jumped on my face with his lightening nails!

I screamed as loud as I can! Next I woke up like a spring on bed and could utter only one word - "PLEASE SAVE TIGERS!"

A Historic Triumph makes me reconsider my National Game

I just can’t stop my hands writing this blog. What a magnificent win we have today! Any Indian would be proud to watch India retaining number 1 position in Test Cricket. I always keep saying cricket is not just the game for India. The joy is bigger than Bhajji’s jump after win, the pressure was immense than what was looking on Dhoni’s face and the pride was flowing around the ground more than just a cricket match.

I am not that capable to write the pressure that Mahendrasingh Dhoni and his boys have undergone but I can surely put few words on blog to say how much any Indian is happy today. I could not find time to see those final moments of hard work which converted into aggression and joy later. It reminds me two great test matches India played and won in past – one when Rahul hit 232 not out and India won against Austraila in Australia and Kumble taking 10 wickets in an inning against Pakistan and won in Kolkata.

I will also mention about a message that I got on my mobile today complaining why hockey, being a national game is not promoted, like cricket or say very predominantly IPL these days? Few people also think it’s only marketing which works behind these games. For a second I felt poor for hockey and his players but the next second a question came to my mind - do we really feel hockey as a national game? Should we reconsider our national game and replace it by cricket?

Answer for the second question was yes. It’s not just about I love cricket and I have grown up playing it. Everybody will agree that cricket has given so many happy and proud moments to this country both within and outside country whether it’s under the cap of Kapil Dev or Saurav Ganguli or Mahendrasingh Dhoni. Let’s not just restrict national game to be such games which are found and developed within territories. I know cricket, in earlier days, was considered as foreigner’s game (Recall movie Lagan) but should we ignore today’s condition? Should we forget the foreign attention and investment that IPL has generated? Should not we count the opportunities that IPL gave to those kids-looking-20 year’s guys at international stage and that also playing with international giants? And most importantly give me just 4-5 names of hockey players which are treated as god of that game world-wide. I doubt the same you won’t hesitate to give at least 8-10 from Indian cricket team. Should not we give respect to our cricket team who have shown consistenty in showing aggression, killing instinct, hunger to win, fearless performance, pressure handling brains, cool and calm approach despite immense media pressure?

Actually these great players, the insight happiness and unpredictability of the game, easy to access and wider acceptability, emotions lying at each ball say each second makes me think cricket should be our national game.

Each people who read this blog by mail or visit to my blog place please put comments below in just one word which game should be our national game? Hockey or Cricket?

A rolling ball and Donkey Show!

These days life is so busy and fast moving to stop for a while and think – “Is this the same thing I wanted to achieve in life some days back?”

Success in profession, competition in all areas and race of education has made us forget our identity, innocence, upfront smile and that tongue which used to speak truth on the face.

I still remember we had fair in our town and I was always afraid of getting lost seeing the amount of people and their noise. Thank god I had fingers of my mom.

Life looks like that village fair where everything is having a price. We all stop against that toy shop where either toy are not affordable or not of our interest. Irony is that does not stop us enter in to the fair because we all have internally decided that we will just keep roaming in the fair till we find the cheapest but the most attractive toy in the fair. Eventually we end up buying a rolling little ball which comes back every time you hit it though your palm.

That rolling ball is nothing but your lies. Your Lies will follow you that fast like rolling ball returns to your palm.

Donkey show is also having its own fun and something to learn as well. When the donkey stops at you, you find it a trick of the master but back of the mind your evil speaks - “Ah! It’s just a show don’t take it seriously! Laugh out loud so that you don’t feel humiliated in public!” And good will play his role as well – “See I warned you but you listened to the evil. Today only few people are laughing at you and tomorrow the world! Choice is yours!”

Don’t feel it’s a game of chance or the one who advised you is donkey. Sometimes it’s better to listen and follow than mess up.

That sweet little past!

Wish someday I walk baby steps,

and leave tension of falling down.

Wake up with license to kill,

No bath but bourn vita pills.

Wish someday I go back to school,

Half pant and empty mind.

Classroom with full of fun,

Nasty slang like bullet gun,

Dare anyone make me teach?

Devil had that power drift.

Never missed that Jungle Book,

Zee Horror Show and the Captain Cook,

Brat heart and his deadly punch,

Go sleep with heavy lunch,

Never forget her first “Hi”,

No words exchanged and eyes shy.

No reason why I gave her ride?

Keeping the street boys jealous behind.

Gone are those days and that lovely time,

Pure heart and innocent crime,

Being a child,

was divine ball,

Friends, fun just lost them all,

Oh All mighty, u pinch me hard,

Wind up the game and reopen my card,

No more kingdoms, no more towns,

Make me again that little clown!
