Forget or not to forget

I have been posting on mind too much. Isn't it? What to do though? It goes on thinking, thinking, thinking and restlessly. Mind cannot forget, cannot leave doubts, cannot be stable. A way to make it stable, focus, calm and composed is YOGA (Meditation) but then trust me, a meditated life is boring, dull, without excitements. Just like a T.V. without volume.

At least half of the mankind issues could be solved if man would have controlled his mind but than no we don't want to forget. Don't want to forget that temple or mosque demolished! Don't want to forget that players are human they do loose! Don't want to forget gender bias! Don't want to forget blaming government on each system crisis! Don't want to forget that your girlfriend has dumped you...now move on. That's the way mind is. A mind consisting of RAM and not a virtual memory so that it wipes off your past in seconds and make you see the present more beautiful. Mind carries lot of burden of the past garbage. Even if you control it, I am sure, it will at least raise a question, an issue, an unsettling doubt - "Why does every time it happens to me only?" and then all problems follow like water follow from the tube well in the farm.

In profession, you need to be a great meditate! You forget time you work till, you forget what people are talking behind you, you forget your system takes bribe, you forget if someone insult you amongst 10 other, you forget if the money is not flowing in bank account, you forget if you are abused because your staff cooked it bad. You just forget. Forget all this! This is none of your business. In fact, in my case, none of my profession (Yes, I have to keep myself updating I am in profession and not in business more than my subject updates!)

Watch just last 10 minutes of "ROCKET SINGH - THE SALESMAN OF THE YEAR" which leaves a good insight of an entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship is not about making money or to drink wine in a golden spoon, not a fame- making-fun where you are covered by CNBC 24*7, not about claiming your view as the right view every time or let me call it politics itself and not even about making your next generation fall in the same muddle. Let me speak straight, entrepreneurship is about people you deal with. Trust me, no problem is worst or complex than a human psychology. If you are in business or profession, seat in the office for a day (if you like with a cup of tea or coffee) and make a list of people who remember you or smile at you or respect you as a human being when you face them during your working hours. They can be your clients, your own staff, your professional brothers (let me say sisters as well or I will be guilty of gender bias) your competitor, government authorities, experts or even a CHAIWALA daily refreshing your world. If you have made them happy, made them work with you, you are going to survive or there's always an off button.

You yourself are a big impact on people around you. The way you talk, the way you smile, the way you make their problem your problem, you survive. At the other side of the circle, the day you cheat them, the day you shift your guilt on their shoulders, the day you ring them more for your collection instead of updating their ever loaded non sense mind, you are OUT!

Close that business/profession where you cannot win humans! Else, forget it even run!

Feeling blue

Don't know...don't wan'na know.
Where do you lead me?
There are no two ways....
my heart says
feel me,
you bank on me!
You know it well...
mind is not like our legs
so that it stop when we beg!
Clinged on you
mind feels like a cage...!
Feeling blue,
feeling blue...
the only tag on me right now is
YOU...!

Feel the beat - DHAK DHAK...!

"Who am I?" - Isn't it a question to solve?

Existence is designed so strange that unless you put your hands on your heart you don't realize it. To be of the standards of the society, to make money, to find a good girl, we have lost our existence. Not only that, we have forgotten existence of others. I can see people roaming and wondering around me without hearts. Hearts without beating. Hearts made of ice. Hearts which has already taken cheats as -"It happens...! That's the life...!"

You know why love is so quick in spreading in youngsters? Love is a feeling which make them realize their existence faster than any other education, holy book, fun or drama. Young hearts starts beating fast. Trust me, they don't need rain, roses, nature or anything else. They can feel all of them if their hearts are beating for someone. Isn't it a beautiful divine feeling? OSHO has given an interesting theory of STOP. If you are too busy in work, too bored about life, you had a fight with your wife, have a STOP. Stop whatever you are doing. Stop for a while and than suddenly start it. In those few seconds of stop, you will hear your heart beats. That's the magic, that's the crux of the theory! It works.

I really like the way my heart beats, in fact, the way we all beat. DHAK DHAK.....DHAK DHAK....DHAK DHAK....! 1 heart, 2 hearts, 3 hearts, 4 hearts and number of hearts. Can you feel something really divine? Just imagine, if you can hear the voice of each and every heartbeats at a same time. There's no better blessings to human, if it's possible.

"Sahi hai YAR...!"

No medicine,
No blessings no wine,
I only seek few words from you,
if you can say -
"You are mine...only mine!"
What's so good about my poetry...you know?
It's you...only you,
my number-o-uno!
A "Hi" from you,
A tap of you,
A wave of hand,
few smiles exchange,
I am addicted of you,
only of you...!
Why don't you call me as such,
there's nothing matter much.
It looks really ages,
my ears has listen from you -
"Sahi hai YAR...!"

Love-hate who knows?

Liars...just liars!
Those who says they understand what love is!
Neither I trust them
nor I complain.
Love-hate who knows?
Only truth I understand,
in fact I feel,
is you are breathing
and so do I.

Longing for you,
running behind you,
was there in my dreams!
Poor I was!
Yes, how poor I was
searching of you as my destiny
where you were there each moment with me!
Right behind me,
following me!

You & me,
what a beautiful couple you see?
In fact, we are no more two,
one - just one
fixed by love - an invincible glue!

In the name of God

Realization of God is not an event but a process. Don't know why but since I got awareness (not knowledge) of God, I dislike the idea of worshiping MURTIPUJA. Neither I like to discuss it over and over nor like to reach to everyone and stop them explaining who is God? At the end, God is to be understood and to be believed by choice and not by force.

September is always busy for my profession. This month brings GANPATI BAPPA home. My society and actually city is falling more than I fall on my girlfriend (just kidding I don't have any). His fan (of 20's or 30's age) do everything in the name of God. Everything that they can not do otherwise like dancing on a jam-pack street, playing MUNNI BADNAM HUI while inviting or worshiping, gathering and gossiping in working days and what not!
A nature of a human being is that he always praise creator and not the creation. Instead of realizing what they are worshiping, they are happy or joyous in celebrating who they are worshiping. This beauty of worshiping godliness and not the god itself is very well explained by OSHO. He says applause for the dance not the dancer because what remains permanant and ever lasting is dance and not the dancer. We have a wrong belief that we love Michael Jackson, in fact, we love his dance. You know Sir Don Bradman, right? but who is better known at this time? Sachin Tendulkar. Cricket as a game is still the same interesting or even more interesting to watch. Game is pervasive not the player. There is nothing wrong in loving Michael Jackson or Sachin, it's good to love a human being, being a human but surely what shuold be applauded is dance and not the dancer.
This makes me think again. Before you get this awareness of God, you live in dark, you don't realise where you are heading towards. To go, pray or dance against a MURTI of a God, it's better not to know him at all and be content. In later case, you won't be deceiving yourself at least.

Knock the door - Who is a good trainee?

Profession has its own life. You grow, you fall down, you grow again and fall down again. Finally, what should remain when you call it a day off?

Money? - At least a little to live.
Employment? - Yes. So far you don't create only spoon fidders.
Respect? - Is it really required? finally we all are human, isn't it?

Than what else?

Working alone is a treat in itself but when you need to expand your reach you need a team. Remember, you are not Lord Krishna who can be at two times whenever desired. Not even Rajnikant who can be so swift at times. Training is to learn something new every time and pass it on to a new bee the moment you start knowing it. I found Knowledge like money which remains on earth only when you die. Why don't we pass it on to right candidate? In fact, knowledge in which I don't believe and so I don't believe in education. Awareness should be in practice. Spread awareness not knowledge. Awareness is feeling, experimenting, digging, to be drown till a place you find the sea stones. Knowledge keeps changing but not the awareness. Knowledge can be different because it's judgmental not the awareness. Awareness is common.

I am reached to a stage of profession when I need trainees/staff/team. Isn't it strange? One who never worked under someone for even 10 minutes in his life and who never wants to be is looking for someone to train so that he can be employed. That's again thrilling being something to enjoy. I had few interactions with candidates who thrown their objectives to me before I discuss my objectives. Their timings, pay, other engagements, leaves etc. etc. They never asked me what they are looking from me as a trainer? Why should they take training under me? What am I doing in my profession? Before they show me their resume, trust me, I rejected them. In fact, I didn't give chance for selection at all. How can I train people if they want a 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM duty and object-less?

My friends say I am gutsy. Let me tell you, training someone is no less fear factor for me than anything because there is something socially attached too while training.

Why don't I call them, give a book, give a problem and ask them to come with solution? Right person will ring the bell.
