Delhi - Where cold was daring like Devils!

6th of Jan and Jetlite landed in Delhi. People were more freaked out becuase of fog than Jetlite charged for refreshments on board. I was about to complete "Two states" of Chetan Bhagat and flight announced its arrival to NCR (Delhi). First thing I noticed coming out from Airport is a blow of cold smoking from each one's mouth. Excited I was to know how it looks when temperature goes negative! I felt weather a little romantic and then suddenly realised if my stay is 15 days all romance will go dustbin!
I hailed a sharing auto from airport to Karol Baugh where my hotel was booked. Two South Indians were sharing auto with me and there were talking "Illa, Illa" throughout that short little meeting who came to attend an Morden Engineering exhibition and found themselves sulking in an antic auto running with a Helicopter noise. If by chance you touch the steel of any auto part, your senses wind up your body as quick as a Star-fish. Auto man was not able to see vehicles coming from front two feats away. He had to stop after every two minutes to remove dew from his front glass.
As we passed Gurgaon, we felt the desert of Delhi. I missed infrastructure and mass of people after catching my flight from Ahmedabad. Perhaps cold had forced people to be at home.
I noticed Gaffar Market was still not sleeping. I show Tea-stoles open recognising time to earn super-normal profits. North Indians abuse you as much as they eat. That Auto man abused me for showing him a wrong path though it was not even half kilometre.
I don't remember how early I went to bed but was sure I had 4 blankets on me. Sleeping is something that we young guys always enjoyed as it switches off all your worksheets though you can continue charge yourselves!
