Now this has been said by millions of people - "I have been grown up seeing him playing for India."
There is no doubt about he can bat. Certainly not about he made us proud every other time he walked in the ground! I have, in fact, more to learn from him than his batting skills. How often we keep doing what we like to do in spite of every one of us not happy with it! He continue to batting through out his career, at the place he wanted and called his final day at the time he wanted! On the contrary, I left chasing cricket as dream only because few people doubted it.
None the less he entered as kid and will leave as a kid. There is no glitch, no controversy and not even a single case of bad reputation for generation to come.
I still remember many people asking me while I was watching cricket match if Sachin is playing or not even though they know nothing about cricket. In fact, they did not like cricket at all but wanted to know if that little boy with curly hair is still chasing his dream or not?
I can imagine Anjali's (his wife) sacrifice for him. What if she would have asked him - "Choose me or Cricket?"
Neither of us can say how Sachin would be feeling at this moment - just few days ahead of his last working day. I am sure though he would be really thankful for all his fans. After all, who else than him get a heroic cheers from millions of hearts when he walks in the ground to play?
This video is evidence of his greatness and I wonder if this will happen again for any other player!
